OUR STORY
BlackSalt was founded by engineers who spent years inside hyperscalers, AI labs, and semiconductor companies — designing the systems that power modern AI workloads. We saw the same problem everywhere: organizations with serious compute needs being served by generalist consultants who stopped at the hardware boundary.
We built BlackSalt to be different. Every engagement is led by engineers who have designed and deployed production HPC systems. We own the full stack — from PCB layout and firmware to cluster orchestration and ML runtime tuning — because that's the only way to build infrastructure that actually performs.
We work with AI/ML research labs and cloud infrastructure companies that need more than a vendor recommendation. They need a partner who can translate workload requirements into infrastructure decisions, and then build the thing.
